I want to share that Jhugua Car Repair was excellent in taking care of me as a customer when a repair they did on my car did not go well. After I explained the situation they really stood up and did the right thing 100%. They are honorable people and have earned my future business. Thank you

I brought my SUV in for a faulty power steering pump. After multiple communication breakdowns and delays, we finally got our car back 3 days after they first said it would be done. 3 months later, the issues start again and I brought the vehicle to another shop. They told me the new power steering pump was improperly installed and failed early and possibly caused damage. Jogua Auto refused to make the situation right in any way because we brought the vehicle to a different shop. These amateurs will damage your car and jerk you around while being shady and then laugh at you when you ask them to make things right. Really makes me doubt the legitimacy of all these 5 star reviews when my only interaction has been so bad in multiple ways. STAY AWAY

Worst mechanic we've found in Champaign so far. Expect zero communication and a complete lack of skill. When I showed up to pick up the car at the time they specified they said they hadn't even started yet. Customer service was awful, and when I finally got the car back the parts were installed incorrectly. Ended up having to go to another shop and spend an extra $1,000 just to fix what these guys broke. Total scam, don't fall for it!

Very quick service. They did a great job replacing the headlight on my truck. Can't even tell there was an accident. And it was affordable. I highly recommend Jogua King Auto.
